Clients may use our FTP server to send and receive files from The Icon. You will need a username and password, which you can obtain from our Customer Service department at (323) 933-1666. The address is https://files.iconla.com. If you are using a web browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, Netscape, etc.) to connect to our FTP and you get an error mentioning "anonymous user", try the following address: ftp://username@ftp.iconla.com. If your username is johndoe, you would use the following address: ftp://johndoe@ftp.iconla.com.

To receive files, you can click on the FTP link above using any browser. This is the simplest way to receive files from an FTP server, but does not always work, depending on the configuration of your computer and your network.
